Getting started
How to place an order
Browse the shop, add items to your bag and check out securely. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, followed by tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.
Choosing the right quantities
As a guide, allow one 9” plate per guest for a main course and one 7” plate for cake, plus 2–3 napkins per person. For buffets, plan for around 1.5 plates per guest.
Matching your theme
Pick two or three colours that match your decorations, then repeat them across plates, cups and napkins. Our All Party Themes page groups everything by theme.
Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide from Hong Kong with free standard shipping on orders over $50. See our shipping page for delivery times by region.
Balloon arches
Use a balloon pump and garland tape, inflate balloons in three sizes and cluster them for an organic look. Full instructions in our balloon arch tutorial.
