What should a birthday party kit contain for 20 guests
A 20-guest birthday kit needs 40–50 plates, 60 cups, 100 napkins, 20 cutlery sets, a banner, a cake topper and candles. Anything less is a tableware pack, and you will be buying the decorations separately.
How do I check a kit really serves 20?
Multiply the smallest item, usually cutlery, by the headcount. Cutlery of 20 means the kit is sized for 20 people; cutlery of 12 means it is really a 12-person kit.
Do birthday kits include food or cake?
No. Kits cover tableware and decorations only, so budget food and cake separately, roughly the same again as the kit price.
