Graduation Party Supplies: A Complete Checklist

Graduation is a milestone worth celebrating. Whether it is a nursery graduation or a university send-off, a well-planned party shows how proud you are. Here is a complete checklist to keep you organised.

Decorations

• Graduation banners and bunting
• Balloon garlands in school colours
• Photo display of the graduate
• Table confetti and centrepieces
• Welcome sign for the entrance

Tableware

Coordinated plates, cups and napkins make the table look pulled together. Choose colours that match the school or the graduate’s favourite palette.

Food and Drink

Keep it simple with a buffet of finger foods, a signature mocktail and a graduation cap cake. A dessert table with themed cupcakes always goes down well.
