Delivery Information for Customer in the USA
Free ground shipping for Jofete on full price orders over $50! (Continental US customers only)
* All orders shipped same day if placed by 11am PST. Orders placed after 11am PST will ship the next business day.
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, and during extreme weather events, may experience shipping delays. Once your order is shipped, the easiest way to track it is to visit the carrier website, provided in your order update email.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, excluding national & Nevada state holidays. Please note, during certain periods, Express Shipping options may not be available.

Delivery Information for Customer in the UK
Free standard delivery on orders over £40. Meri Meri ships packages Monday to Friday.
Meri Meri does not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Bank Holidays.

Standard and Express European delivery charges on orders under €100 vary by country. Please see below chart for further details.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt, and delivered within 1-5 days working days. See chart below for approximate transit time by country.
Orders ship via DHL from Hongkong distribution centre. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, excluding Dutch national holidays ( 7, 9, 10, 27 April 2023; 5, 18, 28, 29 May 2023; 25, 26 December 2023).
